August 17th-21st Nitro Summer Camp U13-U16 AAA/AA
REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 1ST
This week is your launch pad into the season. At this level, the game demands more. Pace increases, time and space shrink, and details separate players. Every session is built around that reality - on the ice, players sharpen skating, edges, transitions, puck control, passing, and shooting, taught with precision and reinforced under pace so it carries into games, while off the ice they train for speed, power, and efficiency through sprint work, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength. The standard stays high from start to finish, with players expected to work, compete, and stay engaged, and by the end of the week they leave sharper, more confident, and ready for what the season requires.
What’s Included:
90 minutes of daily on-ice training, led by NHL-proven coaches, focused on game-speed skating, puck control, and compete-level execution
90 minutes of off-ice athletic development, run by former Olympian Anthony McGregor, with sprint mechanics, footwork, and explosive power
Structured snack break and reset time
Daily team games to build compete, confidence, and connection
Our Focus:
Game-speed puck control and playmaking
Compete level, timing, and spatial awareness
Small-area games and battle situations
