This week is your launch pad into the season. Led by NHL and professional coaches, the week is built to sharpen the details that matter once games begin: skating mechanics, edges and transitions, puck control, passing, shooting, and the athletic habits that support performance. Off the ice they train for speed, power, and efficiency through sprint work, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength It is serious training in an environment players genuinely enjoy, with the right mix of structure, energy, and extras that make the week feel complete. By the end of camp, players leave with more than a good week on the ice. They leave ready for what comes next.

What’s Included:

  • 90 minutes of daily on-ice training, led by NHL-proven coaches, focused on game-speed skating, puck control, and compete-level execution

  • 90 minutes of off-ice athletic development, run by former Olympian Anthony McGregor, with sprint mechanics, footwork, and explosive power

  • Structured snack break and reset time

  • Daily team games to build compete, confidence, and connection

  • Limited edition Nitro Hockey Jersey

Daily Schedule:

  • 8:30 AM – Arrival & Check-In

  • 9:00–10:30 AM – On-Ice: Skating, Battles, Small Games

  • 10:30–11:15 AM – Snack & Reset

  • 11:30–1:00 PM – Dryland: Track Work & Athletic Development

  • 1:00–1:45 - Lunch & Reset

  • 1:45-2:30 PM – Soccer / Team Games

  • 2:30 PM – Pick-Up


Location: Stouffville Arena and Track

What to Bring:

  • Full hockey equipment (don’t forget extra laces/tape)

  • Running shoes & athletic wear for dryland

  • Water bottle (labelled)

  • Packed Lunch

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Due to limited space and high demand, we do not offer refunds. However, camp credit can be issued for future Nitro programs if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the camp start date.

If a player is injured or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances within that window, please contact us — we’ll do our best to work with you.
