High-Performance Hockey Development Camp
March 16th - 20th
Nitro Hockey’s March Break Camp for 2018–2015 players delivers a complete development week that blends high-level technical skating, early puck control, athletic movement, and competitive game play. Every session is coached by former NHL players and elite development coaches who understand how to build proper mechanics at the youngest ages.

This week is built around a technical progression that reinforces proper skating mechanics, movement efficiency, confidence, and coordination. Each day layers new skills onto the previous one so players finish the week faster, more balanced, and more comfortable with the puck.
DAY 1 – Skating Mechanics, Edges, Balance, Powerskating + Games
Establishing clean stride patterns, blade awareness, posture, and foundational edge work.
DAY 2 – Backwards Skating, Crossovers, Transitions + Games
Building backward stride efficiency, strong crossover mechanics, agile pivoting, and smooth directional changes.
DAY 3 – Skating With The Puck + Games
Teaching control, touch, rhythm, and confidence while moving. Introducing puck handling at speed with proper body alignment.
DAY 4 – Starts, Stops, Races With Puck, Passing, Shooting + Games
Explosiveness, acceleration, change of speed, stopping mechanics, passing form, and shooting technique.
DAY 5 – All Games
A full competition day reinforcing movement patterns through races, relays, small-area games, teamwork, and fun challenges.

Pick-Up: Between 4:30–5:00 PM
Early Drop-Off Option (Weekly Add-On)
Early Drop-Off is a fun way for players to start their day before on-ice training begins. Starting at 10:15 AM, players will head to the basketball court where Nitro coaches run a rotating mix of fun games, team challenges, and light competitions throughout the week.
Early Drop-Off is offered as a weekly add-on for $195 ($39/day) and includes 1.5 hours of supervised programming each day. Spots are limited.

4 Day Camp Option
For players participating in the KSL Championships March 20th-22nd we are offering 4 day registration Monday-Thursday for $650 please email nitrohky@gmail.comto reserve.
Additional Information
Please ensure players arrive each day with full hockey equipment, off-ice clothing, training shoes, a water bottle, and a packed lunch.
Refund Policy
Full credit toward future Nitro programming is available if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the start date. With prior approval from Nitro Hockey, a different player may be substituted in the event of a last-minute illness or injury.
