High Performance Hockey Development Camp
March 16th - 20th
This camp is built for committed 2014–2011 players who want a true high-performance training week. Athletes train directly with former NHL players and elite development coaches through advanced skating mechanics, puck skills under pressure, decision-making, and athletic performance work that translates directly into real-game impact.

Game play integration and competition
The week follows a progressive technical system used in elite player development. Each day builds toward faster transitions, stronger mechanics, improved puck control, and better decision-making under pressure.
DAY 1 – Skating Mechanics, Edges, Efficiency, Powerskating + Games
Refining stride length, power, hip position, knee bend, and high-level blade control.
DAY 2 – Backwards Skating, Transitions, Crossovers + Games
Improving speed and power backwards, efficient transitions, and multi-directional agility.
DAY 3 – Skating With The Puck, Speed Changes, Deception + Games
Handling at speed, body positioning, deception patterns, and puck protection while moving.
DAY 4 – Starts, Stops, Races With Puck, Passing, Shooting + Games
Explosive starts, clean stops, competitive races, passing precision, shooting mechanics, and release work.
DAY 5 – All Games
Small-area battles, situational offense and defense, competitive races, pressure decisions, and full-speed gameplay.

Regular Rate: $795
Daily Drop-In: $175 Ice + Off Ice or $150 Ice Only (if space allows, priority to full week registration)

Pick-Up: Between 4:30–5:00 PM
Early Drop-Off Option (Weekly Add-On)
Early Drop-Off is a fun way for players to start their day before on-ice training begins. Starting at 10:30 AM, players will head to the basketball court where Nitro coaches run a rotating mix of fun games, team challenges, and light competitions throughout the week.
Early Drop-Off is offered as a weekly add-on for $195 and includes 1.5 hours of supervised programming each day. Spots are limited.

Additional Information
Please ensure players arrive each day with full hockey equipment, off-ice clothing, training shoes, a water bottle, and a packed lunch.
Refund Policy
Full credit toward future Nitro programming is available if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the start date. With prior approval from Nitro Hockey, a different player may be substituted in the event of a last-minute illness or injury.
